We had our first ride of the spring and it was a perfect night for it. James, Tae, Ben, Jerome, and Allison came out for a High Holy Day cruise.
We started from the Wharton Center parking structure and make a b-line for the Spartan statue by IM West. I brought my camera along so that we could get some new pics for the blog and facebook group.
Given that MSU students are phenomenal party-ers, we decided it would be fun to cruise around the neighborhoods north of campus and see what was going on. We ended up in the big parking lot on the corner of Burchum and Hagadorn. Our attention spans were pretty short so we stayed for a while and goofed around: "jousting," bike-tag, backward riding tutorials, team skidding, no handed wheelies, etc.
If this weather holds out for a while look for information about formalizing the Thursday night rides for this semester.
